Needs to label bashers as an excuse to hide and not file with the SEC.
What ceo does that? None but one!
But when all hell was breaking loose after Karma predicted it 9 months or so earlier he tweets starting a witch (lol) hunt for her on twitter. “Anyone have any information on her so we can help”. Dumbass is the one who has needed all the help he can get for the past 3 1/2 years. But, he just had to keep the whole pie and kept a go at it as 1 lost, distracted and incompetent employee sucking at least 800k (private loans converted to hundreds of millions of shares of dilution) out of SG&A like it was his candy jar. All that matters is the lifestyle. Zero effort to hire sales people or sell something himself for 7 years other than throwing shit up on twitter.
Lost the only revenue transit contract due to non performance quotas. The worst nightmares for the company was when some idiots loaned private money to the company.
Now the covert operation of setting up another competitive company aka SolRay with NO DISCLOSURES or 8-K for almost 7 months.
Someone tell GEP the same SPP ceo, with a U.S. exclusivity agreement with them, is advising the public to “Switch to SolRay” today for the best quality solar panels. And we know they can’t be GEP solar panels or that would be violating the SPP/GEP exclusive on GEP’s and SPP’s part!
