He reminds us so much of another “wonderer”
Wouldn’t it be so much fairer if the company provided timely disclosures and wasn’t delinquent with its filings.
Most shocking part of the company’s failure to report with the SEC is its blatant admission of an excuse being “when we’re ready”.
That one will haunt the company for years at the mercy of shareholders and investors. Only a narcissistic greedy deceitful (i.e. MSW Recycler secretly set up, Medrecycler non-disclosed ceo takeover and Solray inc secretly set up) person would put his self interests ahead of the shareholders. Those secretly set up entities must still be in the “when we’re ready” to disclose stage too.
Maybe consider “when they’re ready” will be too late for the rest sitting around waiting for the ceo to fulfill his fiduciary obligations under the SEC’s securities regulations.
Someone gave up way before you’ll ever have the opportunity to. Thus. the side dealings, no disclosures and no filings. What is the motivation to not disclose for over 6 months?
Someone might have missed the memo, over the past 7 years, with zero oversight, that the shareholders also own the company.
When the cash ran out in Q3 the music stopped resulting in the inability to file a 10-k and 10-q. All efforts seems to have gone in a different (secret) direction without telling you.
4000:1 reverse split initiated 4 months ago and your shares taken away not even put to use yet. The authorized shares are sitting in a closet during a delinquent filing’s period while shareholders are sitting ducks because the ceo refuses to disclose the updated financial status and business dealings disclosures for over the past 7 months.
He calls it bashing for a very nervous reason. The same he has had nothing in his way to destroying the company, and not familiar with being called out, when 00000000’s hit the revenue section of the financials 7 months ago and the recent twitter promotions failing miserably leading to the stock being down 98% with 800k being spent on miscellaneous SG&A expenses in the past 12 months reporting. Think about that for a hot minute.
