Here is my PURELY speculative thoughts on what is currently taking place..........
1) Filings - Will be released at the latest allowable time frame to blunt the attacks from the nutters on here and their handlers.
2) Financing/Construction - details WILL be revealed in pending filings or soon thereafter in public release by company.
3) Uplist - paperwork being prepared with announcement being made in pending filings or shortly thereafter in public release by company.
4) Reverse Merger - Solray WILL IMO be RM'ed into the SNPW holding co. and will in effect be the operating sub of SNPW, whom will be the holder of the majority/all shares of said sub.
5) SNPWs Future - IF all the above occurs as I believe there's huge sums that could be made here using a combination of holding a core position and actively trading the remaining portion.
All IMHO as a current shareholder and to the cast of the Muppet Show.....I AM IN NO WAY WHATSOEVER AFFILIATED WITH SNPW, IT"S PARTNERS NOR MEMBERS OF THE RESPECTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAMS OF EITHER PARTY.
Not Sabby Mgmt but rather a toxic lender that requested huge sums of convertible shares to provide SNPW and many other companies debt financing which they then sold into the market upon conversion.
They were charged by the SEC for illegally selling shares when they werent authorized to do so.
