This NO FILING shi#t is getting worse by the day. IMHO, major lawsuit will ensue following the 10-K filing, wether it is ever filed or not.
the ceo has not given an explanation, for the late filing, because he cannot afford to say there's an SEC investigation or inquiry if that's the case. if there wasn't an inquiry about the Q3 10-Q or some flag went up for disclosure issues, he would have tweeted an excuse or explanation by now.

why do you think the ceo had to register another competitive side company aka Solray, Inc (srnrg.com)? what if the ceo sees the end for snpw that you can't and will never see until it's over?
do you actually believe the ceo didn't plan on NOT filing the 2023 10-K in order to support his own agenda?
snpw debt out the @ss and this competitive side company plan has probably been in place longer ago than you would imagine.
