Delinquency is only paperwork
Yield sign is do to lack of paperwork
4000 to1 RS sucks, but with no dilution to date percentage of shareholder ownership has not changed.
If they get the funding and build a 30 to 50 million dollar facility. a 100,000,000 to 300,000,000 market cap could be possible once again.
