What is there to hide? File the 10-K! 37 days late
Post# of 12526
Someone must have really screwed the pooch with not being able to file the 2023 10-K 73 days following its due date. What's amazing is, somehow, finding the time for;
- China business vacation trip hotel lobby photo-ops
- building a competitive side company's website (SRNRG.com)
- registering a side company (SOLRAY, INC) in the state of South Carolina
- promoting a site visit (random facility w/ no lease/no LOI/no PPA/no 8-K) and then using photoshopped images to boost the site visit promotion
- finally making himself the ceo of the same competitive South Carolina side company (SRNRG.com/team-member) registered in November 2023.
Looks like Mr. Transparent killed the live link below. What's there to hide?
Nick Campanella - Solray

However Google will confirm it.
Team Member. Solray > Team Members > Nick Campanella.

To make matters worse, that 10-K NO filing could be the excuse for NO 2024 Q1 10-Q filing due 1 week from today.
How much more can one try to keep shareholders and investors in the dark?
in my opinion
cheers
