Another Nj solar company & GEP Vietnam marriage?
Didn't the press release and 8-K tout some "exclusive" U.S. reseller/distribution agreement between GEP New Energy Vietnam and Sun Pacific Power ?? Has anyone seen the terms & conditions of that June 13, 2023 agreement with GEP New Energy Vietnam (maybe soon?). NO? Just like nobody has ever seen the April 2022 agreement, with PT.IDN solar tech, to build a solar manufacturing facility in the U.S. Maybe soon?
