I'm not certain that Mugs statements are totally libelous. Remember way back when the JV was just forming and Cunetta was teamed up with the guy who is now Mentlick's partner. Somewhere along the line there must have been a falling out of partners, approaches to business, etc., the usual bs that happens when ideas of how to bring a great product to market for big revenues.
If you look at the pdf flyer from Mentlick's website you will see there the old control unit pictured. HTI, it has been reported, is on the 9th or 10th generation, remarketed as the HyImpact line. You will also see in the pdf flyer the new design of the hydrogen units - now you and I do not know who is responsible for that new design.
I think it is most probable that fouls have been committed on both sides of the ball.
However, if this were a pump & dump as some believe it to be, it is the oddest one I have ever seen. IMO, HTI would have been gone long ago instead of ante-ing up the $700,000 and moving into a new facility. Some things, though, have to be clarified....
