They are talking about "structured settlements" with Amarex. That doesn't sound to me like anything but Amarex knowing that they have to settle. It certainly appears that the evidence is overwhelming for Amarex's (at best) failure to do the work at a professional level, for which they were paid, and allegedly for billing CYDY for work they hadn't done. What did CYDY pay them -- was it 60 million or 80 million? I don't remember.
Why would CYDY settle for anything less than full reimbursement -- PLUS whatever damages they can get for the delay in moving the drug forward?
Claims of CYDY being on its last financial legs are greatly exaggerated.
