Are you kidding, you need to show me where he did sell shares. Just look at all the financials, Edgar included then show me where he did sell shares. It has to be disclosed.

How ignorant are you, does anyone expect Dalton to merge his PRIVATE companies into Univec if he doesn't own an appropriate number of shares of Univec. We all should feel good that he does own a lot of shares. He actually took more shares (about 20% more) after the first "compensation". Wow, that told me he thinks his private companies are worth more than before. By the way, he could have diluted the c*** out of us all and forgave all his deferred salary for even more shares, but he didn't.
