Any definitive proof he has never sold a share?

Doc was handsomely compensated with shares, both common and preferred, nearly all of which have now been added to the unrestricted.
Coincidentally, UNVC's new advisor was investigated and charged by the SEC for breach of fiduciary duty and securities fraud - the sale of restricted shares - he managed to get off on a technicality, insufficient service of process.
I've always found you can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep - and it cannot be denied, UNVC has past and present dealings with some debatable characters.
