Sure sign if a FRAUD, is a public company that doesn't have an audit committee and allows the one man show, aka Conman Nick Campanella to sign deals with HIS WIFE'S company, to "train" sales people.
No RFP process, no vetting OF QUALIFICATIONS, juat "hey let's use my wife's real estate company to train solar sales people". And you wonder why in two years they haven't so ONE single $80 solar panel. LMFAO
