Let's hope ceo's side company, CaC Realty, that loaned SPP promissory note $ for 12 months, gives SPP some grace period after this month's due date. Especially, since the ceo pretty much signed as payee (CAC) and payer (SPP) for that promissory note and then SPP didn't sell a single solar panel to be able to pay back that toxic promissory note.
So, if you think the 10-K looks brutal wait until next month's 2024 Q1. Company needs a Promo tweet badly for its pumpers to survive.
