The last passed budget was in 2020 under Trump...
All you have had since is extensions...because that is all they can do.
There is no sunny side....there is no legal government. Clock runs out with no election and or another stolen election. Pretty sure If Biden wins. You have civil war.
Just caring for illegals will soon cost 1 trillion per year.
