And my rent went up 45% , Groceries, gas and utilies another 30%
Have another increase in rent in June probably another $100 or $200 dollars. Grandfathered until 2025. GAS Just hit $4 in Michigan.
June 2025 I can expect bases on present area increases and rate to double to $2400 a month.
Biden is working on 3% or lower reported I flation for the next COLA in November...
Could be living in a tent by 2025.
