That seems reasonably to me, but I don't know much about J3, its a startup and lots of things need to be arranged, but having very qualified people on board like Gilbert & Bickford and more to follow suggest that they have their ducks in a row. Still a lot of work to be done, but one thing is for sure he must have, or is real close to having a source of income.No one invests $100,000 of his own money in a sitting duck. As for certification goes, most of the testing is already done in such environment, and the 3 week hot run was done according EPA standards, so no test tube tech like the retards on Ihub refer to will make it that far without the necessary certifications in place. The hot run was very successful, MBS is already proven in soil and the interest of DOE, Oak Ridge & UCOR are evidence enough for me that MBS is very much in favor...
