Yeah, it takes time to move mountains. The only time Uncle Sam works fast is when he wants to pick my pocket.
It's ok, long term cap gains tax is easier on us.
Also MBS can be used in wide variety of things like paint for lead remediation and batteries to neutralize for safe disposal.
J3 lab- I'm thinking Jim can use it for all preliminary testing and if something needs to be certified, he can contract MSE labs. At least until J3 lab gets certified. You think that sounds reasonable?
