Nothing will replace or trump what Leronlimab can do for Long Covid imo.
Just based off of what those that feel they experienced it, and the good old 1,000 cups of coffee anecdotal story.
That being said, Citrus Bergamot helped me a bit, for blood circulation and lowering cholesterol (that was not a problem before Covid). in addition to that, is a grounding sheet for bed.
By plugging it into the ground part of the socket, I felt instant energy and continue to feel more ‘normal’
It is said to help with inflammation and blood circulation, injuries, etc.
Corrective exercise, nothing too intense such as Glute Bridges, Hip Thrusts and Abdominal planks to lessen the inflammation helped as well.
As far as I know, I’m on a list for long covid, but that was what seems aeons ago.
