Alzheimers has been in the crosshairs of some of the biggies in Neuroscience...Roche...Eli etc...and their drug candidates Gantenerumab...and then of course Lecanemab had been in the pipeline prior to 2021...finally accepted in August of 23...as the go to drug for early stages...

Amyloid is part of the problem...like smoke is part of the problem...doesn't mean its a housefire. I don't believe.. there was enough interest in more trials.
