On that form 5, I think I already updated this, there is no place (box) on the form 5 for where the shares went. However, "insiders" (family, officers, directors, BOD members) have to also file a form 5 if THEY got the shares. So we will know who did or did not get them. So, if they did not get the shares, that will be very telling to me.
