If you take a look in the OTC disclosure section for UNVC last year Doc submitted an annual report in mid/late March.
Nothing in February.
This year however, I was told that he needs to file a form 5 I believe by mid February to disclose where the 100 million shares went.
I am looking forward to the next two months.
