I very much agree with all you are saying Lumberg.  While I have not posted much lately, this last question, coming from a long time supporter, seemed worthwhile exploring.  I am not aware of any active investigation, but it certainly would not surprise me.  I also suspect that once people realize just how drastic the reverse split is likely to be, even more will be calling for William's head.  Unfortunately, I suspect investors are simply out of luck getting a return of any kind from this horrible black hole investment called MMTE.
