I believe it's the sum of your points that is most likely leading to Little Willy's eventual demise. Legal issues or not, there are many investors who have lost a lot that help keep things real. These boards are a double edged sword. They can promote positive as well as negative information. Willy has done absolutely nothing for the companies he's represented. All his companies have common threads.. Poor volume, low and/ or dropping pps, bloated ss, absolutely pathetic communication and no stinking vision. One simply needs to go to any of his boards on the iflub and see the same. Heck, even their websites are so similiar. Little Willy has lost all credibility in part, to the points you mentioned as well as a handful of others. I have to wonder if the Von Lieberman on the sip site is actually Willy because that company now posesses many of the same qualities his other ventures carry. Those that simply state the truth here as well as on the iflub help others by simply encouraging a little DD and saving a lot of heartache. No bashing, just the truth.
