$33,000,000.00 is not a bad debt...it's just not resolved yet...IF it doesn't appear as part of the acknowledged total debt...that would suggest IT has been resolved in negotiations...and by extension...a deal has been struck...and WE don't as yet...have the details...hence the 10Q...There is no "holds"...it's singular.
