Could be a partner, could be just a write-down on

Could be a partner, could be just a write-down on bad debt. I'd love it to be a partner, but I am not feeling it as there is no reason a partner would have them under NDA until the holds are finally lifted. What would the point of that be? It wouldn't benefit either party.
