I would agree with you Normy...the Phillipines and Brazil are rife with corruption...certainly to a much greater degree than North America...money and greed are two of the cornerstones of humanity...no matter where you are geographically.
We didn't have a chance in Brazil (Biomm?) and the Phillipines was a joke on us...even with the likelihood of our drug...hastening the departure of the former President from hospitilization.
We didn't have the grease necessary to create opportunities...on foreign soil.
We need to roost here, for eventual Worldwide recognition...then it will happen.
