As I have said in the past...there is more here...than meets the eye.
Hopefully the FDA or SA outs KK...he is at the root cause of our present situation...
Dereliction of duty doesn't cover this...appears to me to be Sabotage...they were hoping we would be in the trash by now and end as collateral damage in the 93% failure rate.
Stupidity description covers the manner in which they behaved and got caught...upper case on stupid.
