I see Nader somewhere between naive/way-too-hands-off and derelict in his follow-up duties - but perhaps that could be because Cytodyn was understaffed?
Not making excuses for him, just trying to understand.
As for KK/Amarex, they can't be accused of stupidity. They had done these submissions before, they knew what the FDA needed and in what format, yet they continually refused to comply. Which sounds like they land somewhere between criminally complicit or - what, 100% repeatedly incompetent?
For me, the big question for KK/Amarex continues to be WHY did they deliberately fail, it HAD to have been deliberate.
