Your post is very valid, but overlooks one major point: YES, there is an investor problem with the price being .17, however the other problem COULD be that there is also little interest in partnership or buyout, hence the need to raise more funds.
I know, I know...people HATE thinking the above might be true, but if CYDY knew there was an angel in the wings once the holds are lifted and that the holds being lifted was imminent, would there be a need for 400mm more shares being issued at such a low price?
