I have read from other posters on this board of their reaction to the proposals for the annual meeting. A major proposal is increasing (diluting) the authorized shares by 400 million. These are necessary to fund future operations of the company. Why such a large amount of shares? DUH? Our stock is valued at about $.17. Why? There is a lack of enthusiasm in the investor community to purchase shares of our company. I see the communication strategy of Cytodyn as being a major contributor to the malaise. We have seen ohm and others on this board able to generate great enthusiasm for Leronlimab and Cytodyn. Why is Cytodyn not able or willing to generate some enthusiasm? Certainly there is enough non controversial aspects of our company and our MAB, to generate some releases. This continuous lockdown of communication from management creates the frustration many have voiced. The blame goes to the top, to the board of directors, especially the chairperson. So I will hold my nose and vote to approve the share increase. At the same time, I will vote NO on Tanya as the COB.
