Martha Stewart went to the slammer because she sold $179k of stock when her (insider) friend called her and told her to sell. No one claimed she ws a knowledgeable stock trader who knew about insider trading regulations. She didn't actually hurt any other shareholders for more than at most a fraction of a cent per share.
These jokers absolutely harmed not only the shareholders, but also the people who could have benefited from Leronlimab if N and K hadn't pulled these shenanigans. Lock 'em up! And seize their property.
By the way, I though Nader had a rich wife. How can he claim not to have funds? Even in a divorce he'd have to be getting something, unless she has a watertight pre-nup. And we've heard nothing about a divorce (not that we necessarily WOULD hear).
