Standing LAWS govern contracts...not a huge stretch...laws change...contracts are broken...as in the case with Amarex/NSF.
"How things are to be followed"...interesting concept...kinda depends on what side of the desk you are on.
Absolutes do NOT exist in law...political wrangling can change the landscape very quickly...and is All subject to MONEY/favors.
I am always amazed at the tens of millions raised by wealthy contributors for the politically motivated...who want the job that pays them all of $200K a year...on the surface it looks like a miserable ROI.
Lawyers don't necessarily follow the laws...just hired guns... looking for a twisted/slanted version to their clients advantage...just like malleable dough...in a kitchen setting...it's all about the chef.
