I have no idea what you are trying to say. Absolutes? WTF are you talking about? The two terms I used are IN THE CONTRACT between the two companies and there is nothing illegal about that, which means that the contract will be followed. Pontificating? About what exactly? The contract clearly states how things are to be followed, not determined.
