Here's the thing, brother...one cannot collateralize what does NOT exist, and no money from Amarex exists, no matter how much our emotions scream that it does. IT DOES NOT, but in 2 years, it might. No reputable street lender will collateralize such a thing. Collateral is, as you know, based on solid collateral, not hopes and dreams.
CYDY has "expertise"? No, I don't think so. They have some smart people, for sure, but expertise? These holds were supposed to be removed a YEAR ago. Something is very wrong here.
The hold will be lifted SOLELY on whatever the FUCK the FDA demands and nothing less, and thus far, CYDY don't got it. I hope they do soon, but any BP could be of help, unless they already know that they cannot. Money talks and bullshit walks. So far, ain't no cavalry coming to help us. As the preacher in Blazing Saddles said, "Son, you're on your own."
