Hard-core lawyer speak...since we are there...how about an assessment from SA...on how to collateralize the incoming from Amawreck/NSF...I have been a street lender...among other things most of my adult life...it's about tangible value and probabilities of collection...it's a marvel to me...that folks like Dr. David Welch among other notables have secured their position...and hung on...at 5.2% of the shares...adding up to 60 million...I have a very small percentage of that number...I believe I'll vote yes...and HOLD.
The "down payment" will be a lot more then distribution and name...WE have expertise up the wazoo...and a $#!T ton of CCR5 related Indications...this PHARM has a lot of acreage to sow.
PATENT cliffs are still looming...and ANY potential suitor has public records...We can All assess for weaknesses...We have struggled to come this far...not the time to Short ourselves.
The hold will be lifted on the merit of facts...associated with the original intent of the hold...two thirds of the liability...lay with the placebo group...We need forensic details on the LL side...so we can move on to the next stage.
