Due diligence before buying for sure, which is why you are buying the car CONTINGENT upon the mechanic giving it the thumbs up, and why a potential partner/purchaser would make a contract with CYDY CONTINGENT upon the holds being lifted, which they might be able to help with.
We are on the same page with that idea.
