Maybe it doesn’t make sense to you?
Here is why it makes sense to me. I’ll keep it simple using this analogy. I don’t buy used cars anymore, but when I did, I would take it to a mechanic to inspect before I purchased it. Nobody buys or gets involved with something before it is thoroughly inspected. Just like when I buy a rental property, same concept with doing a homeowners inspection.
Now who in their right mind would get involved with Cytodyn without doing their due diligence? Billons of dollars are on the line not just a used car here.
This is exactly what the hold is for. Once it’s lifted Cytodyn will have passed ‘inspection’.
Like I said I could go into greater detail, but I figured common sense should be enough at this point.
