I was thinking the other day that after the increase in pps with 350% that one day, i was kinda expecting an offering but that did not happen....
So Verb didn't feel the need to raise money while the opportunity presented itself.
So now i'm speculating that an offering might not be necessary at all with this Tik Tok integration because they expect plenty of revenues coming in in the near term and like you mentioned they don't need marketing dollars really now anymore with the relationship with Tik Tok.
If i recall right i remember Rory talking in the past about needing marketing dollars to promote Market.live to really start it going. With the relationship with
Tik Tok this might have changed and no Marketing dollars are needed anymore.
Another possibility is they will do an offering at a much much higher pps in the near term when the pps has recovered quite a bit for the acquisition they are agressively pursuing unless enough revenues pour in that an offering might be of the table entirely, although i still think we will get one eventually at an much higher pps to close that acquisition (with cash & shares).
Just some thoughts i had in my head lately.
I really like the direction where we are headed though and our marketcap is insanely low for the potential that lies ahead. And i love the fact that we have a tiny float of around 4.5M it was i believe, somewhere around there which causes wild swings in pps, like we saw the other day with 350% swing upwards.
And if they didn't halt the stock like 7 or 8 times then i'm sure it would have been a 1000% swing or higher lol
Looking forward on what lies ahead with Verb and the other iniatives that our coming our way, great times ahead imo
