Unless it's for HIV, I'm not sure that a potential partner for another indication would necessarily need to wait because the hold only technically affects HIV. Management has said within the last 10 months that both robust trial data and preclinical NASH results could attract a partner so achieving one or both of those goals may be what's needed to increase the probability of a partnership.
I don't totally discount the possibility that something could be cooking now but from what management has specifically told us, there are defined goals that will up the chance for a deal being inked.
