Question for the group: There has been lots of talk about potential partnerships and NDA’s in place waiting for the hold to be lifted. I for one believe this to be true. I also have read some mentioning “if you can’t beat them join them”, referring to big Pharma/partnership.
Now if any big pharmaceutical truly has leveraging power with the FDA don’t you think our potential partner may be helping CYDY to ensure our hold is released by not only utilizing their staff to ensure compliance/completeness of our data being submitted as well as their working relationship with the FDA?
If Merck is truly a suitor waiting on the sideline for the hold to be lifted, I would think they know the potential of our drug. I would also think they would want to ensure they get first dibs and would be doing everything in their power to help us along since they realize the potential revenue stream not only from patent extension but from new potentials as well.
While I think CYDY has been slow walked I truly believe the hold will be lifted before years end. Anyone have thoughts or knowledge on how or if potential partners actually help in these kind of circumstances? Or am I way off in left field thinking a partner would be helping the company move forward?
