The "concept" to which I was referring is not my investment in CYDY
My use of stock investments was an analogy to risk assessment. If you don't assess risk or can't do it properly you shouldn't be in the market.
One should not assume the money from Amarex is in the bank. However looking at the known variables there is a very good chance of a large sum of money coming to Cytodyn. Even if it all falls through there is a chance of a partnership, although with the amount of unknown variables involved with that I wouldn't even put odds on it. However there is always the fallback of dilution if necessary and the only variable there is what news may come up that could mitigate the amount necessary to sell. So "flat broke" now does not mean the company is doomed.
