The "concept" to which I was referring is not my investment in CYDY, the discussion was surrounding the assumption that we will be receiving $100M +, in the near future, and that it is a virtual certainty. It is NOT. As I have been in business a long time, I assume nothing until it is in my hands. I have had the biggest of deals slip away at the last moment, often for unforeseen circumstances.
This concept is analogous to when I hear someone tell me that they listed their house for sale today, and "we SOLD IT to the first person that looked at it. I got asking price." I will then say did funds already transfer into your bank, to which they will usually respond with something like "no, we close in 45 days." No, you did not sell your house, you have a contract to sell your house with someone. You sold your house when the money is in the bank.
I'm sure that you understand the dangers when we ASSUME?
If I recall, without going back to the transcript, didn't C.A. tell us in a C.C. in late 2022 that, to paraphrase, "I expect that the HOLD will be released early in 2023." HMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I assume nothing. I agree, from what we know of the case, it looks like it could be good for CYDY, but it certainly IS NOT money that we can count on until it is announced.
