Not entirely true. I only know this bc I spoke to the FDA over the phone about this question. The FDA contacts Cytodyn first then it’s up to Cytodyn to inform shareholders probably within the SEC 4 day rule.
I spoke to someone from the FDA in length about this. She knew a lot about Cytodyn as if it wasn’t the first call she has gotten about the company.
I called sometime last year about the hold.
