Obviously they can't hold back material events over which they have no control -- like the FDA lift. But they CAN control the timing of announcing a CEO -- just don't officially sign the contract until the 4 day mandatory reporting would be pushed to September. Likewise with the Amarex thing, if Amarex made it a condition of the settlement to announce before September so it got buried, sure, but otherwise, CYDY might be able to control the timing of when the settlement is official.
Timing is important for announcements, ESPECIALLY for smaller companies. That's why bad news is so often announced after the close on a Friday, and particularly on Fridays that are the first day of a 3-day weekend.
Any FDA announcement is the only one that CYDY probably couldn't control timing.
Anyway this is not worth discussing, none of us have any idea what's going on. I hope the company is going to follow through with keeping us informed when there is something worth telling us about.
