I read thru all of the Shaiper posts and the references to docs in the Mexican legal system appear legit. Thru my BUHOLEGL account I can call up the filings for 1387/2017 and see the case is active will filings as recent as Aug 11th 2023. .
Here is the header. translated from Spanish, for the index to the case filings. As with all I cannot see the actual filings just the titles or subject Looks like the plaintiff filing the action is a successor to the estate of JOSE JESUS ALBERTO ORTEGA BON. The Defendant is Paul Dwight Thompson. Don't know the issues however. This is direct from BUHOLEGAL - not as posted by "Shaiper" or any third party. . This just verifies one small part ot the Shaiper postings.
I paged back to the beginning - the long running case was initiated Nov 11th, ,2017 and there have been 101 filings, the most recent last Friday, Aug 11, 2023. Most are probably routine but that's a lot of legal correspondence and fees. Must be pretty important to the plantiffs to stay with this for almost six years.
