Shaiper seems to not be from the Baltazar family and asserts that both Mexus and the Baltazars are not owners or lease holders of the Santa Elena claims. So that further muddies the waters if the Baltazars have sold or lost the property - no way to know more so we're reading an assertion without proof. I have wondered for some time if the Baltazars were still onboard with Mexus management of their property since production has been minimal to apparently "none" at present.
I have a free membership in BUHOLEGAL - the search service for filings in the Mexican legal system. The free membership will show me the filings and dates but not the content so I see only the date, plaintiff, defendant, jurisdiction and a one line title for the filing.
For years there have been legal filings in the Mexican court system relating to Mexus Mexico. Some seemed to be over pay or employment issues , others over environmental issues. One suit was Mexus versus MarMar back in that unfortunate era. Again I did not see the text or content - just the titles but I do know there have been many filings and assume many fees paid to Mexican law firms. Another of the "Black Holes" or money sinks with no details buried under the very general terms Contractors or Consultants. None of those legal matters were shown in the Quarterlies and Annuals. Most were by or against the Mexican subsidiary so I assume Company felt they did not have to be shown on the filings for the Nevada based corporation
One filing in July 2017 was in Nevada against Julio Baltazar and a number of "John Does". Mexus Gold alleged that Julio Baltazar and the others "...published false and disparaging statements about Plaintiffs (Mexus Gold US and Paul Thompson) on a website called investorshub.com. " Papers were never served - the Nevada Court had no reach in Mexico and in Feb 2018 Mexus requested that the case be dismissed and it was.
Is "Shaiper" just a gadfly and impersonator making trouble where none should exist or is there something behind the posts? Truly don't know. For the moment I would need more proof that Shaiper is posting sincerely and that any of their assertions are true. A healthy skepticism has long been the best approach to all things revolving around Mexus Gold, good and bad.
This is a sign of new activity on recent satellite imagery although some prefer two and three year old images to two or three day old images.
Anyone can go to https://eos.com/landviewer/ set up an account and view near real time imagery. There is a learning curve but you'll get thru it.
I hope Mexus can be resurrected - the only way my shares and Certificates will ever be worth more than today's 0.0009.
Has anyone yet received the new Certificate in lieu of loans signed over for conversion?
