I do see your point, craig. The ONLY thing I can think of where Amarex might think they have SOME merit is the billing piece. (I am sure they think they have merit elsewhere too, but I am in pure speculation mode as it is.) Even the billing has proven weak at best, but I can see how they think they have that straw to grasp onto. I truly believe they know they are screwed on all accounts, billing included. I also believe everyone knows it, including lawyers on both sides, the FDA, NSF, insiders, etc., but billing hours are adding up and they (Amarex's lawyers) know dragging this thing out eats up valuable CYDY resources and they are gambling on beating the odds and wearing us down. Bad gamble IMO taking that view against SA.

Announcing that we will secure whatever funds are necessary to see this through was brilliant. I personally hope that when all is said and done, the lengthy process will result in an even greater award for CYDY. I am okay with, though painful, the process taking the time it has if we are able to squeeze every penny we can get from them. We certainly deserve it!
