How do I get that assessment? EASY! And you can too!
This arbitration has gone on for over a year. The arbitrator has heard quite a bit from both sides, no doubt. If Amarex didn't FEEL they had something with SOME merit, they would have been looking to settle long ago, and/or the arbitrator would make it clear to Amarex and their attorneys that they really don't have much of a case here.
I am NOT saying that Amarex is innocent, so people should stop saying that I did. Amarex IS at fault, but this is dragging on because they and their legal counsel feel they have something to say. Arbitrators don't like their time wasted just as judges don't.
As for the FDA going after Amarex, remember what country you're in. Here, one is presumed innocent until found guilty, even if you bet too big of your nest egg and NEED this investment to go your way. Keep emotions out of it. Yes, Amarex is going to end up paying CYDY.
