yet oj simpson is still living the high life. playing golf all week long, groping strippers in las vegas. his money is untouchable due to a technicality, something like his pension is protected...so its impossible for him to lose. who makes up these rules? oh yeah, guys that need this kind of protection, thats who. pretty nice set up if you can get it.
amarex will not be bankrupted by any of this as they should. their insurance will fight as hard as possible, they have lawyers too drag this out. NSF is not liable whatsoever as i understand, which baffles me. kazempour will still have his house and toys and time to play with them. as will nader. justice is never really served, is it?
only saving grace is that sidley is no ambulance chaser. lets bag a whale and feed us little fishies so we can move on past this roller coaster ride. oh and maybe help humanity.
