Totally agree with you, my friend, that they will ask for north of $100mm. My point is that as with OJ Simpson and the CIVIL CASE against him, where he was ordered to pay like $33mm even though he was found innocent in the CRIMINAL CASE, he didn't have that kind of money to pay even though that was what the court ordered him to do.
I'm not arguing at all with your line of reasoning, I'm just explaining that even though a court or arbitrator can make an award, that doesn't mean that the entity charged has the money to pay it.
